SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We ship throughout UAE with our partners digitalstores.ae, The shipping cost is 25AED in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, RAK, and Fujairah.50AED for (Sweihan, Western Region and Al-Qawa and AlQun). Delivery is made, inside the UAE  within 1/4 working days, or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time at the time of selection of the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of confirmation.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items to be returned must not processed in any way. The items must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the customer and must be packed and packaged appropriately. The return of the product notice must be made within 48 hours, after receiving the return authorization received by email from digitalstores.ae Customer Service The return will be managed within 3-4 working days from the date of receipt of goods returned to our warehouse. Upon failure to comply with any of the above conditions, digitalstores.ae reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expenses. We will check the quality of the product and issue a refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy.   You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs that you have incurred when you placed your order, the cost of return shipping and any customs and VAT charges. 

How to make a return request Send your return request by email to info@digitalstores.ae specifying the order number and indicating the product code (with size and color) that you want to return. You will receive a Return Authorization email with instructions from digitalstores.ae customer service department. Refund Process Refunds will only be processed after completing the Return Process and the item/s returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash-handling fees).     Your refund will be processed via the following methods:     Credit Card payments are refunded back to the card used in the purchase.    
Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit.
